Naturopathic Doctor (ND)

Dr. Mary Beliy is a dedicated Naturopathic Doctor committed to helping her patients achieve optimal health and well-being. She begins with a comprehensive health assessment to better understand each patient’s unique needs and then develops a personalized wellness plan tailored to support their long-term health goals.

Dr. Beliy graduated from Minsk Medical University in 1991, where she focused on gastrointestinal, pulmonary, and cardiovascular health. She later earned her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, where she received advanced training in clinical nutrition, botanical medicine, manual therapy, and homeopathy.

Outside of her practice, Dr. Beliy enjoys expressing her creativity through cooking, playing the piano, and reading. She believes that balance, beauty, and connection to everyday joys are an important part of a healthy and fulfilling life.

Lana

Office Manager

As Office Manager, Lana is dedicated to fostering a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered atmosphere for every individual entrusted to our care. With exceptional organizational skills, thoughtful attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to patient care, she strives to ensure that each person feels respected, supported, and cared for throughout their entire experience.

She enjoys being part of a team that truly cares about helping people feel their best and appreciates the opportunity to learn new things every day while working alongside compassionate healthcare professionals. One of the most rewarding parts of her work is seeing patients improve and hearing their positive feedback as they progress on their health journey.

Outside of work, Lana enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.

Kristina

Office Coordinator

Kristina is a office coordinator dedicated to creating a positive and welcoming experience for every patient who visits our clinic. Her friendly presence, attention to detail, and genuine care help patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their healthcare journey.

In addition to her work at the clinic, Kristina is an Argentine Tango instructor serving the Seattle area. Through both healthcare and dance, she is passionate about fostering connection, well-being, and personal growth. Fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish, she enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
