Frequently Asked Questions
What conditions does Dr. Beliy treat at Lynnwood Natural Medicine?
Dr. Mary Beliy provides naturopathic care for a wide range of health concerns, including fatigue, thyroid and hormone imbalance, digestive and gut issues, weight management, allergies, cardiovascular and pulmonary conditions, and general wellness.
Her focus is always on identifying the root cause and developing a personalized treatment plan.
Do you accept new patients in Lynnwood and the surrounding area?
Yes!
Lynnwood Natural Medicine welcomes new patients from Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, and the greater Snohomish County area.
Appointments are available in-person at our Lynnwood clinic.
What can I expect at my first visit?
Nutrition Response Testing: Your first appointment is a 90-minute consultation with Dr. Beliy. She reviews your health history, discusses your current symptoms and lifestyle, and creates an individualized plan that may include nutrition guidance, targeted supplements, or natural therapies.
Follow-up visits are much shorter (30 min or less) focus on progress and fine-tuning your plan.
Colon Hydrotherapy (Colonic, Colon cleanse): First appointment is 60 minutes. During your appointment, you’ll relax in a private, comfortable room equipped with the LIBBE device. After undressing from the waist down and covering with a drape, you’ll privately and gently insert a small, disposable rectal tube. Warm, filtered water will then flow into your colon to help loosen and release waste, while an odor-free exhaust system keeps the room fresh. You remain in full control of the process, with the option to start or stop the flow at any time. The session lasts about 40 minutes, and you may experience gentle pressure or mild cramping as your body naturally releases waste—sensations that typically pass quickly.
B12 injection: During a B12 injection appointment, you’ll have a brief consultation to review your health goals and history, followed by a quick, virtually painless injection. The procedure is fast, requires no downtime, and you can return to your normal activities right away.
Do you take insurance or offer cash-pay options?
We are not accepting insurance at this time, as most insurance plans do not cover the specialized services we provide. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds.
What makes Lynnwood Natural Medicine different from other clinics?
We combine modern testing methods with a holistic, natural approach that supports the whole person—mind, body, and lifestyle.
Our patients value the time we take to listen, educate, and build lasting partnerships focused on long-term wellness rather than temporary symptom relief.
Do you offer testing or lab work?
Currently, we are not offering lab testing. However, Dr. Beliy can help you review and understand your existing lab results and guide you on how they relate to your overall health. We focus on Nutrition Response Testing —a non-invasive approach that evaluates how your body is. This method helps identify underlying nutritional imbalances and supports your body’s natural ability to heal.
